Two teams that were dominating their league( Barcelona from La liga Santander in Spain and the Manchester City from the Premier League in England) were knocked out from the Champions league on the tenth of March. Barcelona who had won 4-1 from the previous leg surprised everyone with their exit but Man City on the other hand had already lost 3-0 in the first leg didn't surprise anyone with their exit.
